Refunds and Exchanges

Stileva gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged products for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. (*Evening Dresses are excluded - You should send back "Evening Dresses" in delivery day) 

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Discount items are exchange only and not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping

To return with DHL Express, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
